Conditions we help with
Choose a condition to see how it is usually diagnosed and treated. Your plan depends on your own scans and tests.
What would it cost?
Indicative prices in US dollars for a single procedure.
Estimates for comparison only. Real prices depend on the hospital, implants or devices, length of stay and complications. Ask for a written quote.
Technology and techniques
Availability depends on the hospital and on whether the method suits your condition.
Image-guided neurosurgery
Navigation and intra-operative imaging help the surgeon reach and remove tumours accurately.
Keyhole and endoscopic surgery
Smaller openings for pituitary, skull base, hydrocephalus and spine problems, when suitable.
Epilepsy monitoring
Video-EEG and advanced scans to locate where seizures begin, so surgery can be planned.
Radiosurgery
Focused radiation, such as Gamma Knife or CyberKnife, treats some tumours without an incision.
Stroke and vascular care
Clot removal, coiling and stenting performed through a catheter by neuro-interventional specialists.
Neuro-rehabilitation
Physiotherapy, speech and occupational therapy to rebuild movement, speech and independence.

Questions people ask
Can I get an opinion before travelling?
Yes. Send your scans and reports and a specialist will review them. You can compare this with your current plan before deciding anything.
Is brain or spine surgery always needed?
No. Many conditions improve with medicine, injections, therapy or monitoring. A specialist will tell you honestly if surgery can wait or is not needed.
How long should I plan to stay?
It varies. A spine procedure may need 2 to 3 weeks, brain surgery often 3 to 4 weeks, and epilepsy work-up or rehabilitation can take longer. Your surgeon will give you a clearer timeline.
When is it safe to fly home?
That depends on the procedure and how you are recovering. Your surgeon decides and will give written clearance, including advice about cabin pressure and long flights.
Can I continue rehab at home?
Often yes. You will get a rehabilitation plan and a summary that your home therapist and doctor can follow.
Do you promise results?
No. Outcomes depend on the condition, its stage and your general health, and no one can guarantee them. We help you reach experienced specialists and a plan you understand.
