Plan Your Trip / Travel & Accommodation
From your front door to your hospital bed, sorted.
How to fly in, where to stay and how you get around in India. One coordinator is with you from landing to your flight home.
Papers first, then tickets
Get your hospital invitation letter and medical visa approved before you book flights. Then choose dates that match your appointment.
Fly into the right airport
We tell you which airport is closest to your hospital and suggest arriving a day before your first appointment. Keep your return date flexible in case recovery takes longer.
Someone is waiting at arrivals
Your coordinator meets you after immigration and takes you straight to your stay. Help with a local SIM and currency is available on request.
Check in, rest, meet your doctor
Hotel or serviced apartment near the hospital, or direct admission if your treatment starts right away. Your coordinator goes through the plan with you.
Daily support, short rides
Transport to every appointment, someone to speak your language, and regular check-ins with you and your family back home.
Cleared by your doctor, dropped at the gate
Your doctor confirms you are fit to fly and gives you reports and medicines for the journey. We arrange your airport drop and share your follow-up plan.

Common questions
Should I book flights before my visa is approved?
We suggest waiting for your visa approval first, or booking a flexible fare. Your coordinator can advise on the safest timing.
Can my family stay with me in the hospital?
Usually one attendant can stay, depending on the room type. Other family members can stay at a nearby hotel or apartment.
What if my recovery takes longer than planned?
Your doctor tells you when it is safe to fly. Keep your return ticket changeable and we help extend your stay and, if needed, your visa.
Is it safe to travel alone as a patient?
Many patients do, but we recommend travelling with an attendant after surgery. We can arrange extra support on the ground.
What should I carry in my hand luggage?
Your passport, visa approval, hospital letter, reports and enough regular medicines for the whole trip, with the prescriptions.
Tell us your dates. We plan the rest.
Share your treatment, travel dates and number of travellers and we will reply with a stay and pickup plan.
