1Who we are

NajmCare (“we”, “us”) is a medical tourism facilitator based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We connect patients with hospitals and doctors in India and coordinate visa letters, travel, accommodation and follow-up. This policy applies to najmcare.com, our enquiry forms, email, phone, WhatsApp and any service we provide to you.

NajmCare is not a hospital and does not give medical treatment. Your treatment is provided by the hospital and doctors you choose.

We collect this information when you fill in a form, message or call us, upload documents, or visit our website. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry. If you give us details about a family member or attendant, you confirm you have their permission.

3How we use your information

  • Plan your treatment: share your case with hospitals and doctors to get opinions and written estimates.
  • Arrange your trip: request invitation letters, book transfers and accommodation, and coordinate appointments.
  • Communicate with you: reply to enquiries and send updates by call, email or WhatsApp.
  • Support you after treatment: help with reports, follow-up and later questions.
  • Run and improve our service: keep records, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and improve our website.

4Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for:

  • Hospitals and doctors you are considering or have chosen.
  • Travel and stay partners such as drivers, hotels and serviced apartments, who receive only the details they need (for example your name and arrival time, not your medical reports).
  • Interpreters and service providers who work under confidentiality obligations.
  • Technology providers for hosting, email, messaging and analytics.
  • Authorities when the law requires it, for example visa or court processes.
We do not sell your personal data or medical records, and we do not use them for third-party advertising.

6Sending data across borders

You may live outside India, and your treatment is in India, so your information will move between your country and India. It may also be stored on servers of our technology providers in other countries. We take reasonable steps so that anyone who receives it protects it appropriately.

7How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, follow up with you, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements. After that we delete it or make it anonymous. Ask us if you want your records removed sooner.

8How we protect it

  • Access to medical documents is limited to staff who need it.
  • We use secure connections (HTTPS) on our website.
  • We share records with hospitals only through channels we select for that purpose.
  • We will never ask for your card PIN, bank password or OTP.

No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
